What things do you sell?

We're excited to offer products handmade by our artists, products showcasing our artists' work, kits made by our artists, supplies and other fun stuff.

Do you really include a free temporary tattoo for every product ordered?

Yes! For every item you buy, you get a free tattoo designed by our artists. They are 1.5" x 1.5". If you order five things, you get five tattoos! These tattoos are very easy to apply. Directions are included. They last for a few days. You'll love them!

When will you be adding new items?

We plan on adding items on a regular basis.

How long can I keep items in my cart?

Items may stay in your cart for two hours. After that, the littlerestocker elf will put things back on the shelf so that others may buy them.

What payment types do you take?

We accept PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account; you can use your credit card safely through PayPal. PayPal is very safe, secure, and easy.

When can I expect my item?

Once you put an item in your cart, you can use the cool shipping calculator which will show your choice of shipping options based on your zip code. We ship same or next day. Your shipping options include USPS and FedEx. Shipping-time estimates are provided by the shipping calculator as a convenience but are estimates only.

How late can I order to receive my package by December 25th?

Order by December 21st and select FedEx overnight, to receive your wonderful package by December 24th.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the US.

Where are you located?

We are in the Boston, Massachusetts area.

What's the refund policy?

We make every effort to describe and photograph the item as accurately as possible. Please review your purchases carefully. We are not a big company; we sell only a relatively small number of special items by our artists. In most cases, sales are regarded as final. However, if, for some reason the item you purchased does not meet your expectations or is damaged in transit, we are willing to refund your purchase price minus our shipping costs once we receive the returned item from you. Or, you may get store credit. If the item is not a one-of-a-kind and a replacement is possible, then that is also an option.

Before shipping your item back to us, contact us at info@lillarogers.com for our shipping address. Please include your order number and the item(s) you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on your return package. Sale items and special orders are not refundable. All return packages must be insured.
