What is a stock image?

A pre-existing piece of art.

What does Royalty-Free Mean?

Royalty-free means you pay a one-time fee for unlimited use of the image.

Can I use the image more than once?

You can use the image as many times as you want.

Can I share the image with others?

No. It is illegal for any entity other than the person/company purchasing the image to use it.

Can other people buy the image?

Yes. It's a great price in part because the image is not exclusive. If you would like exclusivity, contact us at info@lillarogers.com or 781 641 2787.

What if I want the image all to myself?

If you want something that nobody else will have the right to use, contact us to acquire a new piece of your very own. This costs more.

Can I use a crop an image, versus the whole thing?

Yes, you can use a crop. You CANNOT move elements in the image around in Photoshop, that is illegal.

Is there any use that is NOT permitted?

Merchandise for re-sale, such as coffee mugs.

How can I pay for it?

Paypal.

Can I use a credit card, send you a check, or any method other than Paypal?

No, sorry. You can set up Paypal to charge your credit card though, if you wish. You'll find Paypal super easy to use.

How quickly can I get the image?

It will be instantly downloadable immediately after your purchase is completed.

Can I pay in a currency other than US dollars?

No, but not to worry, Paypal will take care of the conversion to your local currency for you.

What is the difference between a 72dpi image and a 300dpi image?

72 dpi is for web and screen use. 300 is for printing, whether it's on an inkjet, or professional offset litho printing. Do not buy a 72 dpi if you want to use it in print. It will be pixelated and fuzzy.

I see that the images come in different inch dimensions. Can I get a different sized image?

No. What you see is what you get. If you need something bigger, contact us to commission something custom at info@lillarogers.com or 781 641 2787.

Will you be adding more images?

Yes.

What file format do the images come in?

Hi res 300, dpi's are .psd. Lo res, 72 dpi's are jpg.

Can I get the image in a different format, like illustrator, tiff, gif?

Sorry, no. The file format offered is what you will get.

When will I get my image?

You will be able to download it immediately after making your payment.

How long can I keep items in my cart?

Items may stay in your cart for two hours. After that, the little restocker elf will put things back on the shelf.

What's the refund policy?
